In the water

I completely forgot to report how swimming went today!  Even for having skipped yesterday I felt pretty good.  My workout today went something like this

warm up: 300 yards (I went in 100 yard increments and took a 30-45 second break between each 100)

kicks: 200 yards

cooldown: 150  yards

I had to cut it a bit short today because I didn't get in the pool 'til almost quarter after and still had to leave at my normal time!  Next week we are extended our workout to a full hour!  Hopefully my pulls arrive by then so I can do some arm training!
