Yum yum chicken dinner

I try to attempt a new recipe once a week.  This doesn't always happen though :)  But tonight I'm glad I tried a new slow-cooker recipe!  There was barely any prep time and it cooked great on high for 3 hours.  It was a chicken hashbrown hotdish in the crock pot.

Ingredients:

hash browns
canned chicken
cheez-it chips
cream of mushroom soup
milk
butter
garlic powder
salt & pepper
cheddar cheese

Basically I mixed it all up in a bowl, poured it into my crock pot, topped it off with more crackers and let her cook.  :)  Definitely one I want to make again!  Tomorrow night: Shepherd's Pie in the crock pot!
