Click as in it just dawned on me what I've been thinking about!  ;)

Do you ever have leftovers that you aren't sure what to do with it?  Especially pasta?  We have pasta once a week.  And sometimes it's really annoying having it as leftovers.  The other week we bought penne noodles instead of using regular noodles just to shake things up a bit :D

The following Sunday I thought "Hey, instead of heating all this up in the microwave and it being weird, let's throw it in a dish, put more cheese and sauce on it and bake it?"  Best idea ever.  It was delicious and didn't feel like we were having 'leftovers'.  :D  So there it is, my great idea for the week!
