Fall tree crafts

On Friday Monster Bean didn't have school so I thought it would be nice to have some crafts to do.  :)  In the morning before lunch we twisted some pipe cleaners into tree trunks and then strung some beads onto them.  The kids had a lot of fun doing those and kept asking to do more!  We turned a few of them into magnets by hot gluing circle magnets onto the back.

In the afternoon between snack time and dinner time I had them cut out trees from construction paper and we made them into a flip book for the seasons (sort of).  Little Miss missed getting hers photographed because she couldn't stop embellishing it :D  Or herself for that matter.

And in celebration of fall, the leaves have been turning just fabulous colors all around town.  Every time I drive the kids to school or have to go across town for something I am inspired by the trees and how beautiful they are.  I thought it would be nice to capture a picture of our trees before all the leaves fell off.
