This morning I hit the Y again for my last 3 mile run before the 5k on Saturday. I managed in about 33 minutes but I kind of cheat. Throughout my run I take about 3 water breaks at mile 1, 2 and then at 2.5 The cheating parting is where it takes me 10-20 seconds to drink my water, do a few quick stretches and get back on the treadmill.

I know I'm missing a couple but that was a good run of shuffled songs. :)
